An invitation to land back into your body.

Join me at class for nourishing play and rest!

Through connection, community and the ceremony of rolling out my mat, yoga has created a space to come home to myself.

Holistically exploring asana (physical shapes), pranayama (breath practices), meditation and philosophy have helped tend old wounds, offered comfort, softened edges and made space to be open and anchored to the present moment.

Influenced by playful, embodied and functional movement, my offering is centered on how your body feels over how your body looks, greeting rich sensation with soft awareness.

Approach & Trainings

I have walked into classes and not felt welcome, or like I didn’t fit in.

It’s impossible to be ‘bad’ at yoga. I aim to create an inclusive environment where there’s no hierarchy of movement, to share accessible ways of dropping into the body and quieting the mind.

Sometimes things get a ‘bit weird, in a good way’. We’ll often move around shapes, expanding and contracting to make things work for us because wow no one knows how something feels in your body better than you.

All of this is offered as a practice of connection and awareness of our bodies, breath and each other, exploring ways to remember your own innate wisdom and magic. Cool eh?
